Business Analysis, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Email Marketing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Applications, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research to find new business avenues for the Retail products.
∎ Design the new process flow and find new technology to make the process faster and efficient.
∎ Carry out initiatives to develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & service to the customers
∎ Create contents for the marketing and communication of various products and company branding.
∎ Conduct analysis of business data to generate key insights
∎ Prepare the required documentation to develop a product
∎ Design the process flow for the product and prepare Standard Operational Procedure for the product
∎ Execute the Service quality Standard for the retail products
∎ Analyse the comparative pricing to recommend the pricing of the products based on the competitiveness and product offering
∎ Prepare the Request for Proposal, Business and system requirement documents for the planned System
∎ Prepare the budget and strategic plan for the marketing & communication, capacity building, and system innovation
∎ Launch new products through cross departmental collaboration and track launch performance
∎ Arrange training sessions for relevant stakeholders
∎ Engage partners organizations such as auto-vendors, real-estate developers and MFS providers by designing & executing campaigns to grow the product portfolio
∎ Develop innovative partnerships and marketing channels to acquire businesses and service customers
∎ Track performance of collaboration through developing trackers & dashboards
∎ Reporting and office duties
∎ Prepare ad hoc reports as requested regarding business development including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
∎ Conduct post-campaign analysis and find areas of improvement for future campaigns
∎ Undertake office administrative duties as required in conjunction with - operations.
∎ General office duties and support the local business in any way to ensure the office is efficiently and effectively operated.
