Job Context

This role is primarily responsible to work with the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure the product development process is handled flawlessly, including achieving the budgeted sales and profitability for the group.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all product development activities, costing and samples are executed to meet budgeted sales and capacity is filled

• Ensure costing is done based on the expected profitability and negotiate with customer to take the best price points which will create a win-win situation for both parties

• Ensure samples are developed and sent as per the customer expected timelines meeting quality

• Align the team to fulfill customer expectations in terms of Product Development

• Support the supply chain team to ensure on time raw material availability

• Work with customers to understand the global business they do and work on getting the maximum penetration to Q Collection

• Work with customers and cross functional team to ensure Q offers unique value proposition which bring competitive edge to Q and win the business.

• Coordinate lab dips/strike offs and raw material sourcing with relevant parties and ensure activities are as per the T&As.

• Order and execute on-time bulk raw material.

• Follow up all activities related to shipment and sales.

• Ensure all activities are taking place as per the T&A agreed with the customer

• Receive, understand, and get clarifications on the BOMs along with any other relevant information from the customer to disseminate with other stakeholders in due time.

• System Work - Tech pack, OC, Sales Contract, Costing, and BOM.

• Ensure other data management activities (i.e., PLM - T&A, BOM, etc.) which can be different based on customers requirement.
