∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vetting of title/land documents. Follow up with the RM/branches to collect wanting papers and mitigate legal issues.
∎ Prepare charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA etc.).
∎ Verification of legal and land documents
∎ Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
∎ Assist in preparing and draft briefs, applications, complaints, motions and other documents as required.
∎ Represent IPDC in legal matters before the external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
∎ Provide management and other employees with effective legal advice on legal issues.
∎ Review all legal documents including Agreements, MoU prepared by 3rd parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Accuracy and precision in recording customer records
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Teamwork
∎ Sound communication skills both in English & Bangla
Salary: Negotiable
