  • Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter and Be Able to Work in a Team Environment. Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.

  • Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.

  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.

  • Smart, energetic & hard-working candidates are preferable.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the paint industry .

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Jabin & Khalid Building Materials Industries is one of the sister concern of Union cement.

We are seeking some Executive/Senior Executive in achieving revenue targets and market share in the Paint industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the construction materials market, and the ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Visiting distributor and retailer points on a daily basis to build relationships and ensure the company`s sales and provide customer support.
  • Conducting regular market visits to check market coverage and competitor`s activities.
  • To keep regular communication with clients, build-up cordial professional relationship and promote our Brand.
  • Expanding business by creating a strong distribution channel & maintaining relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
  • Planning, developing & implementing effective sales strategies for the territory.
  • Collecting orders from the market and placing them to assigned distributors and Must ensuring
  • Target & product delivery.
  • Finding out market gaps, appointing and evaluating the performance of distributors
  • Assisting line manager to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
  • Identifying and solving market-related problems proactively.
  • To carry any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and email.
  • To identify customers` needs and serve them accordingly to their needs.
  • To prepare and produce necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports to the authority time to time.
  • Market Survey/ Market research with extensively field visit & Find out potential clients
  • Achieve Sales Target as set by the Management.
  • Ensure growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, execution.
  • Create new area/ Market for future Development.
  • Prepare database for sales.
  • Submitted daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Visit different markets/ Areas regular basis for future market Development.
  • Ability to work under pressure, target achieve, regular follow-up with the client.
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative to increase sales
  • Other necessary work may do as assigned by his reporting boss.
