Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support travel management of (ticketing/accommodation/transport/end to end) Management.
∎ Ensure settlement of claims related to tours & travels, vendor/partner payment, reimbursement etc.
∎ Effectively manage transport (pool & rental vehicle).
∎ Ensure insurance coverage for fixed assets including vehicle.
∎ Courier Service and Dispatch Management.
∎ Security and Cleaning Service Management.
∎ Third party facility service management.
∎ Printing and stationary management.
∎ Maintain compliance and minimize audit observations.
∎ Maintain MIS and assist for management reporting.
∎ Client relationship management (internal & external) to ensure extraordinary customer experiences.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Ability to adhere to strict timeline, multi-tasking & work under pressure.
∎ Have attention to detail, good team player & proactiveness.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
