Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibility is to perform day-to-day IE related activities.
∎ New style process study & generate SMV.
∎ Remove unnecessary processes & improve process economy to reduce SMV.
∎ Prepare line wise daily production target set up & achievement report.
∎ Prepare capacity study sheet & process balancing graph.
∎ Find out bottle neck processes & solve to increase productivity.
∎ Conduct operation follow up procedure for bottle neck processes & keep record.
∎ Motivate production team to increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Prepare machine layout for each new styles.
∎ Identify the critical action well in advance and discuss with head of IE.
∎ Prepare to run the production lines, when production started.
∎ Prepare the machines and other requirements in advance and inform the management.
∎ Monitor everyday hourly production in every unit/ lines and take necessary action.
∎ Should have strong personality to lead the subordinates as well as to get maximum output of his responsibilities.
∎ Candidate must have ability to calculate product feasibility, SMV & Target.
∎ Can make proper balanced layout with operation bulletin.
∎ Method/Motion study knowledge with Work place engineering.
∎ Able to make the consumption report for Thread/Piping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Should have strong analytical, leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Should have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Highly computer literate and ERP software.
∎ Must have sewing floor experience.
∎ Excellent communication & presentation skill.
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.
∎ Preference will be given if have experience with the following buyers: H&M, Primark, Tema etc.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in Bangla and English.
Salary: Negotiable
