Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Main Responsibilities are to increase the sales and improve the customer service.
∎ Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
∎ Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
∎ Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
∎ Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
∎ Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
∎ Processing guest payments.
∎ Provides services for customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor/management.

∎ 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day off and will get all govt. holiday.
