Front Desk Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Main Responsibilities are to increase the sales and improve the customer service.
Assisting with daily front desk operation such as Check-inn and Check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries or complaints and updating records.
Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
Attend all phone calls and provide all appropriate information to guests.
Consult with daily visitor and complete the booking process.
Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
Processing guest payments.
Provides services for customer satisfaction and retention.
Any other task assign by supervisor/management.
