Job Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of programming languages:

Python, MySql (Python preferred if using Odoo).

2. Hands-on experience with frameworks:

Django, Flask, React, Vue, or similar.

3. Experience working with databases:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.

4. Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) – module development, API integration, and customization.

5. Ability to design clean, scalable, and maintainable software architecture.

6. Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

8. Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.

9. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance internal software applications used across Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations, and Logistics.

2. Customize and optimize ERP modules (specifically Odoo) to improve workflow efficiency.

3. Design, build, and deploy APIs for seamless data integration between departments.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

5. Maintain code quality, perform debugging, testing, and documentation.

6. Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data integrity in all software solutions.

7. Provide technical support to internal teams and solve system issues promptly.

8. Work with cloud platforms for deployment and maintenance of applications.
