Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications for countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK, European countries, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
∎ Track and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to clients.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for different visa types, including student visas, medical visas, tourist visas, and Hajj or Umrah visas.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
∎ Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
