Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL Group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. We are manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multi-tasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deduct applicable Tax and VAT from all sorts of invoices/transactions.
∎ Prepare VAT Return (Mushak 9.1).
∎ Prepare Mushak 6.3 with export delivery challan, Mushak 2.3, Mushak 4.3, Mushak 6.1, Mushak 6.2, Mushak 6.2.1, Mushak 6.6, Mushak 6.7, Mushak 6.8, Mushak 6.10 and other VAT documents as required from time to time.
∎ Prepare & Deposit TR Challan/ e-Challan for VAT, Tax, Duty payment to Government Treasury.
∎ Complete VAT Assessment related documents & Maintain VAT Software.
∎ Support to Factory operation, Dispatch, Store, and other teams.
∎ Organize and update the company's VAT, Tax & Export database/register.
∎ Prepare necessary paperwork for VAT & Tax payments, returns & audit.
∎ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare various reports and tasks as required by management time to time.
∎ Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to the local authorities.
∎ Corporate Affairs and Insurance related tasks as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Experience with Microsoft Office Package (specially in Excel).
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills.
∎ Familiarity with accounting software packages.
∎ Proven work experience as a VAT officer.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ Strong numeracy skills.
∎ Ability to handle the critical situation and meet the deadlines.
∎ Capability to handle a large volume of data both online and offline.
∎ Team player and target driven.
∎ Report Writing and Presentation Skills.
