Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK-based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments and accessories. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is a manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking a young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Customer and customer service team to ensure UP from customs bond.
∎ Monitor UP preparation and submission process and manage export on time.
∎ Prepare & submit Utilization Permission from respective authorities which are required to Export of Finished Goods.
∎ Daily follows up with the Customer Service (CS) team and Vendors to get the LC amendment.
∎ Daily dealing with finance and bank regarding traded issues (L/C, LC Amendment).
∎ Update LC, UP & UD database daily basis to get clear visibility of export orders and FG delivery status.
∎ Performs high-volume data entry using Excel.
∎ Follow the checklist at every stage to ensure 100% accuracy in day-to-day tasks.
∎ Updating Various types of Data in ERP system.
∎ Prepare a report weekly basis and share with the supervisor.
∎ Maintain relationships with team, customers and stakeholders.
∎ Any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
