Job Context:
∎ Madina Polymer Industries Ltd. is one the leading plastic industry in Bangladesh. Currently we are looking for few sales executives, they will be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. You must be able to search out business leads and trending product

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to meet the monthly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Daily customer visit according to proper route chart
∎ Prepare daily individual sales & collection report.
∎ Prepare individual target achievement progress report
∎ Sourcing new customer & dealership opportunity
∎ Identify new business opportunity
∎ Ability to market research & provide feedback
∎ Ability to analyze the competitor
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
