∎ University degree, preferable in Marketing / Business Administration / Advertising / Communication. Relevant postgraduate studies or MBA will be considered as an asset.

Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Executive - Trade Marketing for Marketing Department.
∎ Drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company through on site visit at trade partner`s and consumers door step for achieving company`s goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage broadly the 4 Major Ps: Product - Promotion - Place - Price.
∎ Plan, develop, execute and evaluate all trade marketing campaigns.
∎ Propose key elements of Marketing Plan and 'Go To Market' plan in accordance with the Retail Strategy of the company.
∎ Understand business and translate client needs into value proposition for generating sales and profit for the company.
∎ Ensure brand/product visibility, occupying shelf space, and in-store merchandising with POP at targeted outlets.
∎ Regular visits & relationship building events for channel development and distribution reach expansion all over Bangladesh.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to convert findings delivered through analysis into actionable.
∎ Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative research waves, pre-launch tests and focus groups.
∎ Market intelligence and periodic in-depth update of competition with audio visual report.
∎ Work efficiently & effectively with internal cross functional teams, vendors and agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within Retail / FMCG / Engine Oil Industry including retail network & brand / product management.
∎ Advance level proficiency in MS Office suite, conceptual skill in Adobe suite, visual graphics and Internet surfing.
Salary: Negotiable
