Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
∎ Material Order, follow up for delivery and processing challans.
∎ Regular monitoring the material management and availability of stock.
∎ Ensuring that the store is clean, well-organized, and well-stocked.
∎ Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
∎ Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
∎ Assisting with the receipt, storage, and movement of inventory
∎ Material & Purchase requisition with proper justifications along with correct supportive points.
∎ Participating in the hiring and training of new employees
∎ Ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
∎ Ensuring Monthly & Quarterly material consumption report and inventory report through ERP system.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Store and Inventory of Textile, Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Solid knowledge of data analysis and experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
∎ Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
∎ Familiarity with ERP/Tally or another customized inventory software
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory management systems
Salary: Negotiable
