∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy, Distribution, Door Accessories, Factory Operation, Furniture and Interior, Hardware and Tools, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, Distribution management, Distribution Supply Chain Management, Inventory/ Store Management, inverntory, Overall Store management, Store Keeper/ Manager, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the "Store Policy" and SOP & review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain Inventory of store in stock ledger & online
∎ Receive "Store Raw Materials" & "Packing Materials" from local/foreign suppliers & any other sources as per LC/Purchase approval document
∎ Distribute store materials to Production Units as per Requisition
∎ Ensure all Receivables & Distribution of store materials are properly documented & released
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags & track surplus materials
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly stock reports regularly
∎ Maintain store ledgers as per VAT rules & regulations
∎ Follow up distributor wise Sales invoice
∎ Collect Purchase order from Accounts dept.
∎ Submit MRR to Head office
∎ Contact with suppliers about Raw materials shortage, problem & relevant issues
∎ Contact with Account & Transport dept. for Distribution
∎ Authorize & Sign on MRR, Gate pass & Challan
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that Accessories keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & BIN card
∎ Maintain FIFO & LIFO method when issuing materials against SR (Store Requisition)
∎ Ensure product distribution/delivery to Outlet & Dealers as per invoice or demand.
∎ Formulate distribution budgets and manage expenses
∎ Liaison with transport department & prepare driver, helper's duty.
∎ Prepare and update daily sales & distribution related detailed report and submit to the Management.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to with minimizing expenses.
∎ Ensure 100% inventory and batch accuracy delivery.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet dealers needs properly by monitoring daily route plan.
∎ Coordinate with inter-department (transport & delivery) staffs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
∎ Monitor due product list & ensure on time delivery.
∎ Track Company's own vehicle via Software tracking & ensure proper time & distance usage
∎ Preparation & preservation all types of distribution related documents before delivery of goods.
∎ Operate in all depot
∎ Checking and Verification to ensure delivery as per dealer demand.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
