Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• ABC / BC License (Electrical Safety)

• BNBC knowledge certification

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear

• Age At least 26 years

• Electrical design knowledge: DB sizing, wiring, loop design

• Lighting design for retail/product presentation

• Ability to read and produce technical drawings (AutoCAD)

• Prepare electrical design and execution plans ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency for new and existing stores.

• Design lighting schemes that enhance product presentation and customer experience.

• Plan power distribution systems including DB sizing, wiring loops, outlet placement for POS, back office, and cleaning points to ensure operational reliability.

• Manage vendors and suppliers by sourcing quality electrical materials (wires, conduits, DBs, switches, lighting fixtures) and ensuring timely delivery.

• Conduct site visits to monitor electrical work progress and verify compliance with design standards and safety guidelines.

• Resolve technical issues during site execution with practical solutions that maintain safety and design intent.

• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams for troubleshooting and resolving recurring electrical issues.

• Develop standardized “Apex Electrical Guidelines” for different store formats (A, B & Flagship) to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Identify cost-saving solutions in design and execution while maintaining quality.

• Maintain documentation, billing records, and cost tracking for all store projects.
