∎ Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and CSR (Client-Side Rendering) using Next.js.
∎ Utilize best practices in development, including CQRS, Mediator Pattern, and state management tools like MobX or Redux.
∎ Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver innovative solutions.
