Job Context

• We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive/ Sr. Executive, Supply Chain Management to manage all of the Supply chain operations. In this position, the person will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Purchase, distribution, logistics, and store management systems.

• Monitor stock levels, order, and re-order goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods.

• Distribute products as per challan and ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick up.

• Monitoring products received from the courier through checking product quality, accurate counting, and posting in the system.Ensure dispatch plan as per sales requisition and activation.

• Monitoring logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, safety performance, safety products shelving, and products self-life.PO entry, prepare Invoice, ensure delivery in due time.Monitoring Products distribution as per requisition.

• Monitoring Inventory management to include routine stocktaking, stock turnover, and FIFO Maintain.

• Cooperate with Finance, Operation, and Production for any stock-related matters.

• Disposal of damaged/expired products.Logistic & Product Support for Activation.After Activation receives product and logistic with counting, quality check, and report submitted to the concerned department.

• All Delivery challan hard copy to be maintained in a separate file (Month wise).
