• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Age 22 to 35 years

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to meet sales targets and handle client objections.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and field-based environment.

• Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.

• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details.

• Maintain relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide property solutions as per their needs.

• Negotiate prices, payment schedules, and finalize sales agreements.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain a client database and follow up on leads regularly.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for documentation and client handover.
