∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make line lay out and line balancing
∎ Monitoring production sheets in hourly basis.
∎ Follow up & keep production as per production plan.
∎ SMV Calculation, waste reduction, productivity increase, LEAN Technology etc.
∎ Follow up operator's efficiency and incentive regularly.
∎ Identify unskilled/semi skill operator and follow up their performance.
∎ Ensure proper line feeding.
∎ Attend low efficiency issues and bottleneck area to resolve timely.
∎ Monitoring production regularly and conduct meeting with relevant.
∎ Operators recruitment monitoring based on skill matrix and set standards.
∎ Ensure the follow to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support.
∎ Plan and arrange required machine at least two days before the lay out.
∎ Arrange in-house folder and attachment well in advance based on production scheduling.
∎ Carry out systematic examination of the methods and activities,
∎ Attend PP meeting and analyze the production plan,
∎ Prepare worker’s skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption,
∎ Time study, capacity study & follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures,
∎ Implement the 6S manufacturing process,
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate man-machine ratio,
∎ Maintain liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input,
∎ Prepare production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis,
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statement and line capacity. Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Maintain working relationship with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Implement various methods to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Maintain coordination with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
∎ Implement strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.
