Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with the production process of gypsum board, from raw materials to finished product
∎ Ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of production
∎ Support the management of the production team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
∎ Work with other departments to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively
∎ Monitor production costs and make recommendations for improvement
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
∎ Represent the company at industry events and meetings
∎ Learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the gypsum board industry
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Job Context: Executive/ Sr. Executive of Quality of Gypsum Board is responsible for supporting the Operations Lead, in the overall production of Gypsum board at the company. This includes assisting with the production process, meeting quality standards, and managing the production team. The Executive/ Associate will also work with other departments to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively.

∎ 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry especially in the chemical or material-based process industry The basic concept of manufacturing, gypsum board manufacturing, gypsum board, RM of gypsum board, The basic concept of gathering knowledge of new ideas or processes through online or offline method Advance Knowledge of gypsum powder, paper, and starch will add additional advantages.
