∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Experienced in Commercial, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Import Commercial, and Logistics.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and literacy in computers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order placing according to demand & communication with the supplier.
∎ LC opening procedure & checking with shipping Doc.
∎ Ensure the Supplier LC payment & settlement.
∎ Contact with Freight Forwarder for shipment & CNF for customs issues.
∎ Maintain database of all the consignments & proper input to ERP soft.
∎ Proper costing for each shipment.
∎ Contact with shipper for Documentation & shipping Doc. sent by the Banking Channel., after need to endorse the shipping Doc. and send them to CNF for customs clearance.
∎ Insurance bills, CNF bills & Freight Forwarder bills need to audit each and every consignment.
∎ Follow up the shortage of goods by ERP soft & make orders accordingly.
∎ Budget forecasting by month & Yearly, how many goods are needed according to the Marketing Team & meeting with their demand.
∎ Sourcing new suppliers.
∎ Willing to work on any task assign by the Management.
∎ Context
∎ This is a full-time position for international purchase, LC handling and Sourcing. We are looking for individuals who can think laterally and possess a sound understanding of international purchases. Please read carefully before applying for this position.
