Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong knowledge about Pharma 4.0 IR, IT-OT including ERP (Installation of MES, LIMS, DMS, SCM server system & IIOT), Ensure adherence to data security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
∎ Strong knowledge and training capabilities on global industry trends and emerging technologies.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
∎ To prepare, install, maintenance, troubleshooting hardware, configure & setup and also provide extensive support to Router, PC, Laptop, UPS, printer and related hardware, software and networking issues instantly.
∎ Analytical skills to identify IT challenges and implement effective solutions. And work closely with the other teams with a positive teammates attitude.
