∎ Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in line with company objectives.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
∎ Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns to promote products/services.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
∎ Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead statuses in CRM software.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
∎ Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize results.
∎ Work closely with other departments, including operations and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and branding efforts.
