∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Dhaka and Chattogram markets.

∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive lubricants segment across Dhaka and Chattogram.
∎ Build and expand the network of distributors, retailers, workshops, and fleet operators.
∎ Conduct market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
∎ Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for automotive lubricants.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, highlighting benefits and solutions.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow market share.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users to ensure long-term partnerships.
∎ Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular visits to clients to foster strong business relationships.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
∎ Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase the company’s products.
∎ Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue potential.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback in Dhaka and Chattogram.
∎ Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market strategy.
