Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Research prospects and generate leads.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Find prospective clients through door-to-door field visits.
Contact potential and existing customers via phone and direct visits.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints effectively.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
Arrange project visits for clients as per requirement.
Collect required documents from customers.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Provide regular feedback to supervisors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
