Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and campaign concepts & content ideas for the design and creative

  • team Plan and execute brand communication strategy across all channels

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms ensuring consistency

  • Handle influencer outreach, negotiation, and follow-ups

  • Coordinate and manage vendors (production, printing, agencies, etc.)

  • Execute all branding activities (online & in-store) maintaining brand consistency

  • Plan and manage photoshoots (concept, coordination, execution)

  • Market Research for Trends and Competitor Analysis.

  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and seasonal marketing calendars

  • Align campaigns with product launches and business objectives Ensure cross-channel integration (social media, website, offline, events)

  • Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics

  • Apply data-driven decision making to optimize marketing efforts

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets and campaign spends

  • Prepare performance reports with insights and improvement plans

  • Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and brand activations

  • Handle end-to-end ownership of event execution

  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-ground activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) for smooth execution

  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives

  • Maintain strong day-to-day communication across departments

  • Suggest innovative ideas for brand growth and visibility
