MH Group of Companies is one of the fastest growing business conglomerates in Bangladesh in Real Estate and Garments sector. The company is inviting application for its Real Estate Division from the right candidates to fill up the below mentioned position for immediate appointment.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Formulate digital marketing strategies to enhance brand affinity, driving customer engagement, generating lead and conversion across the company.

• Identify target customer and ensure to reach and engagement with target customer and execute lead generation campaigns.

• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand tone.

• Manage company presence on digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and publish consistent content across social media and create posts, story-based caption generation, and more.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes and monitor competitors and market trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing team, sales team and creative team to develop innovative campaigns and content ideas.

• Support SEO, email marketing, and other online promotional activities when required.
