Job Description/ Responsibilities:
The incumbent must have the leadership quality to run a Sales Team
Must be capable to achieve the respective team’s sales target.
Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
Ensure team activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan.
Maintain sales and customer information and report to the respective supervisor
Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
