  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Leadership and team coordination abilities



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for our Bangladesh-based BPO company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in national sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the outsourcing industry.

  • Developing and executing sales plans for BPO services (voice, non-voice, ITES, back-office, etc.)

  • Support client acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, RFPs, and pricing models

  • Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline tracking

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Support digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, paid ads)

  • Coordinate branding and promotional activities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Assist in content creation for brochures, pitch decks, and case studies

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth onboarding

  • Support executives and monitor performance

  • Handle client follow-ups and post-sales engagement
