Experience:

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in BPO/Call Center Service’s sales & marketing
Strong understanding of BPO services and National markets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
National BPO sales exposure (Various National & Multinational markets)
Strong analytical and reporting skills

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for our Bangladesh-based BPO company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in national sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the outsourcing industry.
Developing and executing sales plans for BPO services (voice, non-voice, ITES, back-office, etc.)
Support client acquisition, negotiations, and contract closures
Prepare proposals, presentations, RFPs, and pricing models
Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline tracking
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Support digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, paid ads)
Coordinate branding and promotional activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in content creation for brochures, pitch decks, and case studies
Track campaign performance and prepare reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
Support executives and monitor performance
Handle client follow-ups and post-sales engagement
