Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare daily dashboards summarizing key metrics and performance indicators for management review.

  • Notify the accounts department daily about sales transactions and updates.

  • Analyze and report sales breakdowns by product, region, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources, including sales transactions, to provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data retrieval, storage, and analysis.

  • Monitor performance against targets, identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization, and provide recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Update and maintain records of party due status daily to ensure timely follow-up and collection.

  • Communicate with warehouse and Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to ensure timely product delivery to dealers and maintain updated depot status.

  • Manage goods dispatch registers and reconcile them with sales orders and invoices to track product movement accurately.

  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports detailing performance, trends, and variances against targets.

  • Track stock movement from production to delivery and reconcile with sales records to manage inventory effectively.

  • Process and calculate sales incentives based on predefined criteria and performance metrics.

  • Calculate depot commissions based on sales performance and agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Working with ERP Software to launch the company`s software properlyOther reports delivered by management requirement.
