∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining the activities of the Commercial Department properly and efficiently.
∎ Proactive communication and shipment management through monitoring / tracking cargo and equipment from load-port to discharge-port through trans-shipment; handling exceptions as situation demands.
∎ Regular meetings and follow up with other departments and supplier to ensure smooth shipping operation.
∎ Internal coordination with cross functional teams regarding specific needs.
∎ Secure business contingency plan for the frontline team serving Key departments.
∎ Monitor and measure individual performance against KPIs and set necessary action/corrective action plan.
∎ Capturing Voice of the Other departments and arranging prompt resolution of issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
∎ Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with existing and new suppliers.
