Responsibilities & Context:
Facilitate ERP Implementation and provide support to all modules.
Handling of day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of ERP data entry system to ensure accurate and timely data entry by users.
Monitoring controlling, reporting and coordinating with different departments for ERP issues.
Prepare, install, configure & setup and also provide extensive support to Switch, Routers, PC, Laptop, access point units, UPS related hardware and software issues.
Hardware management, network management, software installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation, server administration, server installation, and management of storage systems and server data backup system.
