Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• 5-7 years as CFO in a reputed company in textile-dyeing, RMG or relevant sector 
• Financial leadership roles (preferably in textile and dyeing sector)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
• Problem solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate analysis.

Asiatic Group is a group companies having strong focus on export oriented textile and dyeing sector. We are looking for a qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who has passion for developing the finance and account function of an organization.

Job Responsibility:

• Upgrade and streamline Finance and Account function to an acceptable industry standard

• Establish credibility of Accounts & Finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial services to the entire Group

• Prepare and implement short, medium and long term financial plans to achieve business goals

• Dealing with potential foreign fund arrangement for the company 

• Improve fund management portfolio of the company

• Restructure banking activities of the company to suit the current requirements of the company business  

• Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions

• Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to company act, customs duty, income tax, /VAT etc.

• Support production and marketing teams through product costing analysis and pricing strategy

• Maintain strong relationships with management team members so as to apprise and advise them on the financial implications of business decisions and major activities

• Any other assignment that management may give from time to time.
