Responsibilities & Context:
We are a Group of Companies having businesses in textile, dyeing, real estate and others. We are looking for a
Manager/Sr. Manager in Commercial Department.
Responsibilities:
- Look after loan accounts regarding renewal/enhancement on case to case basis
- Preparation, collection and submitting of documents to the banks
- Preparation of upto date stock reports of all the projects
- Preparation of Board Resolution for bank and other purposes
- Collection of all statements of loan accounts on monthly basis for check and analysis
- Facilitate payment of dues against instalment as per sanction letter
- Keeping uptodate record of bank liabilities
- Renewal of upto date credit report of all companies/projects
- Drafting of letters for financial institutions, govt, semi-govt and other organizations
- Ant other job assigned by management
