Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

1. Chartered Accountant (CA),

2. Certificate Course (CC) in Audit / Auditing

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct internal audits (document review and physical verification) in various areas of the company as and when required to ensure the compliance level as per company policy. 

• Ensure detailed audit fieldwork, including interviews, documentation review, and testing of controls, to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management practices and internal controls.

• Work with various business unit/factory representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes. 

• Conduct scheduled/unscheduled depot/godown/factory premises visits for audit activities and share the report with the supervisor.  

• Check & Verify all kinds of purchases, different bills, and vouchers to ensure the accuracy of transparency of accounting, transactions.  

• Summarize working files, identify valid observations, prepare the draft report, and share it with the supervisor for finalization.

• Follow up with the auditee for feedback on the draft report to finalize the report.

• Participate in physical Inventory audits in all the depot/godown/ factories regarding raw materials, consumables, finished goods, fixed assets, and others to assess compliance.

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
