Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ Interior/ Architect from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior demand generation or sales enablement.
∎ H/She have to hunt clients by market visit.
∎ Serve customers by selling proposal and meeting customer needs.
∎ Services existing account, obtains orders, and establishes new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential corporates and other channels.
∎ Present, promote and sell idea using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Preparation interior budget and have raw materials knowledge
∎ Need to visit out of Dhaka for project purpose
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 Years of Interior Management related experience are preferable. Dynamic fresh candidate also encourages to apply.
∎ 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in Interior business
∎ Proven experience carrying out in marketing efforts
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
∎ Strong communication skills - written and oral
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Need to be creative, innovative, and always think out of box
∎ Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
∎ Need the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
∎ Confident with a dynamic personality
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
