Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic civil engineer as a site engineer to supervise building construction & interior design work projects and other related works that will be assigned by the team leader.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Regional Office- Khulna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake the responsibility of project completion.
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief."
∎ Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
∎ Set costs and project fees according to budget.
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
∎ Produce "sample" and "mood products."
∎ Supervise work progress.
∎ Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and contractor.
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project.
∎ Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
∎ Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures, buildings construction goods.
∎ Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
∎ Create a timeline for the building construction & interior design project and estimate project costs.
∎ Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
∎ Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
∎ Estimate the project cost, ensure materials & work quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture Consultancy Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Interior Design Company experienced will be added advantage
∎ Minimum 3 years' job experience in related field
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Ravit, or other design programs
∎ Excellent portfolio of previous works
∎ Project Management skill
∎ Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
∎ Communication and presentation skills
