∎ We (BITOPI GROUP) are looking for some young, energetic, enthusiastic people who has vast knowledge on updated IE tools & Techniques/ Bulletin preparation (Washing Unit). You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
∎ Job Location : Adamjee EPZ / Manikganj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Operation Bulletin according to style for Washing
∎ Analyzing style target by doing time study, method study, Capacity study of different style
∎ Submitting manpower requirement based on different style in every month
∎ Analyzing Operator's maximum production Capacity & monthly process efficiency ( whisker/hand-brush/grinding/tearing/ PP Spray)
∎ Submitting everyday target & efficiency report
∎ Reducing absenteeism by counseling and analyzing root cause of migration to bring it down
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience on Washing Factory
∎ Knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications, GSD , Auto CAD, ERP Software, Fast React
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, productions know how
∎ Self-motivated and capable of team building/ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill & Computer Operating Knowledge in Bengali & English
∎ Should be willing to reside close to Factory
Salary: Negotiable
