∎ B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering or equivalent subject from any reputed university.

∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;·
∎ Basic knowledge of IE tools and techniques;
∎ Strong work ethic; ·
∎ Excellent skill in reporting and computer operating (Power Point, MS Excel, etc)·
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;·
∎ Basic knowledge of IE tools and techniques;
∎ Strong work ethic; ·
∎ Excellent skill in reporting and computer operating (Power Point, MS Excel, etc)·
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the capacity of assigned production lines with proper balancing;
∎ Method study of each operation to improve capacity;
∎ Calculation and reduction of NPT & changeover time;
∎ Find out all types of wastage in the designated area;
∎ Analyze the efficiency of each assigned line and find out the root causes of not achieving the goal;·
∎ Implementation of Kaizen to minimize the cost and increase efficiency regularly;·
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Head of IE & Planning.

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export-Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Rajphulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a good no of knowledgeable, skilled and experienced Sr. Executive and Executive for the “IE & Planning Department” of the Garments Division.
