∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
∎ Basic knowledge of IE tools and techniques;
∎ Strong work ethic;
∎ Excellent skill in reporting and computer operating (Power Point, MS Excel, etc.)·
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;

∎ Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
∎ Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.
∎ Prepare skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style.
∎ Setting up of lines to help to achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
∎ Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for qualified, energetic, hardworking, skilled and experienced few Executive/ Sr. Executive - IE for strengthening and enhancing the capacity of the Knit garments - IE Team.
