Job Context:
∎ Experience needed in Jacket sector.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
∎ Process breakdown & find out estimated SMV
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards
∎ Ensure proper paper layout, line feeding, capacity check, line graph & balance graph.
∎ Find out bottle neck, production study & method study
∎ Production monitoring(Target vs Actual)
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory
∎ Co- ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on fabrics & threads consumption
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills
∎ Must have knowledge in computer applications like MS-Word, MS-Excel and Power Point
∎ Must have good presentation skill and leadership ability
∎ Good team spirit, able to work under pressure and deliver the job in tight date line
