∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile.
∎ Good communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Should have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word and Excel).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and as a part of team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study the worker’s efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Ensure m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity as outlined in Production Planning.
∎ Applicant must have knowledge about SMV calculation, Production & cost analysis.
∎ Provide productivity target (Cutting Sewing finishing etc:) and ensure physical implementation as per plan.
∎ Process develop to achieve the Targeted productivity.
∎ Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keeping.
∎ Prepare daily man-to-machine ratio reports.
∎ Set up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.
