Additional Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and skill needs.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and events.

  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively to support employee satisfaction.

  • Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.Guide managers and employees through the appraisal process and provide necessary support and resources.

  • Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and provide regular attendance reports.

  • Enforce company policies consistently and update them as needed to align with industry standards and regulations.

  • Communicate policy updates to employees and ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll data, coordinating with the finance department for timely processing.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, HR databases, and documentation.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide accurate data to management for review.
