Job Summary:

The Electro-Mechanical Engineer (PMO/PMC) will be responsible for planning, coordination, monitoring, and technical governance of electro-mechanical works across projects and factories. The role supports project controls, compliance, quality assurance, and coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders from the Head Office.

Relationship:

Reporting To: DGM- Project Management & Operation

Other Internal Contacts All: concerned departments of the company.

External Contacts: Consultants, Vendor, Govt and regulatory authorities.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Travel: As and when officially assigned.

Work Condition: Indoor

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor electro-mechanical project activities from Head Office under PMO / PMC framework, ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, and standards.

• Review electro-mechanical designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals for compliance with specifications, codes, and company standards.

• Monitor site execution progress through reports, inspections, and coordination meetings; highlight risks, delays, or deviations to management.

• Ensure compliance with RSC/Building Safety Audit, statutory requirements, and proper maintenance of technical documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth execution of electro mechanical works.

• Review testing, commissioning, and handover documentation for electro-mechanical systems and utilities.

• Verify and recommend contractor and vendor bills related to electro-mechanical works as per approved PO/WO and progress status.

• Support preventive maintenance planning and standardization of electro-mechanical systems across factories.

• Ensure implementation of safety standards including electrical safety, LOTO, earthing, and safe work practices.

• Support factory utilities oversight including power distribution, generators, HVAC, compressed air, steam,

• water supply, fire protection, and ETP electro-mechanical systems.

• Coordinate drawing updates and technical changes (AutoCAD) with consultants and contractors, subject to management approval.

• Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and management updates as required under PMO reporting structure.
