Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TVC etc.).
∎ Coordinate with content creators and designers for compelling visuals and messaging.
∎ Maintain and grow QHOME’s presence on all relevant social media platforms.
∎ Plan and publish engaging content, stories, reels, and user-generated content.
∎ Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
∎ Coordinate with the e-commerce vendors to support product uploads, pricing accuracy, and digital promotions.
∎ Ensure digital campaigns align with online product launches, offers, and stock availability.
∎ Monitor and report on digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
∎ Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. to gain marketing insights and improve strategy.
∎ Identify and engage with relevant influencers and lifestyle bloggers.
∎ Coordinate collaborations, product gifting, and content sharing campaigns.
∎ Support photo shoots, campaign planning, and influencer management.
∎ Support SMS marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
