Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
- Sell AI-based Communication Management Solutions including Contact Center Services, Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise Management Solutions.
- Visit potential clients to demonstrate products, conduct solution presentations, and explore new business opportunities.
- Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and commercial documents for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and review meetings.
- Design and execute product and service activation campaigns for clients and ensure smooth operational rollout as per plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competition, and product improvements.
