BBA/ MBA major in Marketing from reputed university
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and modern trade/ retail promotions.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and customer handling ability.
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Gather valuable feedback from customers and prospects, and share insights with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Good at MS-Office
Purchase Order (PO) Preparation for Vendors
Prepare purchase orders for vendors in alignment with approved requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation of product specifications, vendor details, quantities, and pricing.
Maintain comprehensive records of all POs to support audits and reporting.
Product Testing for New Product Development (NPD)
Assist in product testing activities under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
Document and record testing results and feedback for internal review.
Strategic Brand Building
Involvement in developing brand positioning, identity, or long-term growth strategies.
Contribution to defining brand values, messaging, or communication guidelines.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conducting or analyzing consumer surveys, focus groups, or competitive intelligence.
Interpreting market data to inform brand decisions.
Campaign Development & Execution
Participation in planning, designing, or executing creative campaigns.
Measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing future initiatives.
Agency & Creative Coordination
Briefing, managing, or supervising external creative, media, or research agencies.
Ensuring creative outputs align with brand identity.2
Trade Marketing & Channel Promotion
Planning or executing trade marketing activities in collaboration with sales teams.
Enhancing brand visibility at retail or distribution channels.
Brand Performance Tracking & Reporting
Preparing brand dashboards, sales analyses, or performance KPIs.
Contributing to management reports on brand health and market share.
Corporate Sales
Visiting local large conglomerates, multinational companies, banks, schools, colleges, universities events, fairs, and other areas to promote our products.
Arranging large-scale sales of our products.
Achieving monthly sales targets, which will be assigned by the Management from time to time.
