Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing invoices as per client instructions.
∎ Processing sales orders as per client instructions.
∎ Maintain constant communication with the client for updates on instructions and procedures.
∎ Working with databases, maintaining and updating them from time to time.
∎ Working in a team environment and maintaining a cooperative effort.
∎ Take accountability and ownership of the daily tasks and complete the tasks within given deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Education: BBA in any discipline. Accounting majors are preferable.
∎ 2-4 years of experience in BPO Operations (Customer service, data entry & processing and other relevant areas under the BPO atmosphere)
∎ Excellent English Communication skills (verbal & written)
∎ Very good with Excel and Google Sheets
∎ Must be willing to continue working in Night Shift
